This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Unboxing Rush LLC (“Sponsor”), 3037 Graham Road, Stow, OH 44224.

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION

The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 pm ET on June 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to change the Sweepstakes Period at its sole discretion. At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) entrant will be selected as the potential winner of the Prize. By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Note regarding global participation: While the purchase of a Founders Edition shirt and subsequent placement on the "Founders Wall" is open to customers globally, entry into the $500 Gift Card Sweepstakes is strictly limited to U.S. residents.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period:

Method 1: Automatic Entry via Purchase. Eligible entrants may purchase a limited "Founders Edition" shirt via the Unboxing Rush store. Upon completion of an eligible purchase, the purchaser will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) / Mail-In. To enter without making a purchase, neatly hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper. Mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: Unboxing Rush LLC, ATTN: Founder Sweepstakes Entry, 3037 Graham Road, Stow, OH 44224. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2026, and received by July 7, 2026, to be eligible.

Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due entries. Limit one (1) total entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about July 10, 2026. The potential Winner will be notified using the email or phone number provided at the time of entry. If a potential Winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential Winner will forfeit the Prize, and an alternate Winner may be selected.

PRIZE AND ODDS

Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a $500 Unboxing Rush Gift Card.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 USD.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

The Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of comparable value if the Prize becomes unavailable. The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Prize. The potential Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE

By participating or accepting the Prize, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Unboxing Rush LLC, its affiliates, assigns, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, charges, injuries, or losses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the use/misuse of the Prize. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delayed network connections that are human or technical in nature.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the Winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio.

WINNER'S LIST

Sponsor will make the name of the Winner available on the Unboxing Rush website following the verification and notification of the Winner. A copy of these Official Rules and the Winner's List are also available by mail. For the name of the Winner, available after July 15, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Unboxing Rush LLC, ATTN: Founder Sweepstakes Winner, 3037 Graham Road, Stow, OH 44224. Requests must be received by August 15, 2026.
